 About Webinar

Much has been said about the Future of Work as the pandemic accelerated remote and flexible work strategies. The tech industry created the tools that have made all of this happen and, in many cases, has led the way with implementing and normalizing flexible working. The world has watched tech leaders and tech companies step out with strategies and practices aimed at attracting and retaining top technical talent.

Which practices are really the most effective for high-performing distributed organizations? What is the future of work and are tech companies the ones we should continue to look to for inspiration? Who is truly innovating and worth following in the next 12 to 18 months?

Hear from Kate Lister, president of Global Workplace Analytics, a research-based consulting firm that has been helping organizations optimize flexible and distributed work for nearly two decades. She is a trusted source of insights about the future of work for news outlets including the New York Times, Washington Post, Wall Street Journal, Newsweek, and dozens of others. As a recognized thought leader, Kate was one of only three witnesses invited to testify before a U.S. Senate committee regarding the potential for remote work in government once the pandemic ends.
